Choose the right form

Which ITR form applies to you?

A wrong form leads to a defective-return notice. We pick the form after looking at all your income.

FormWho files it
ITR-1 (Sahaj)Resident individuals with total income up to ₹50 lakh from salary or pension, one house property, interest and small long-term gains on listed shares (up to ₹1.25 lakh).
ITR-2Individuals and HUFs without business income — capital gains, more than one house, foreign assets or income above ₹50 lakh.
ITR-3Individuals and HUFs with business or professional income who maintain books.
ITR-4 (Sugam)Residents opting for presumptive income under 44AD, 44ADA or 44AE, with total income up to ₹50 lakh.
ITR-5Partnership firms, LLPs, AOPs and BOIs.
ITR-6Companies (other than those claiming exemption as charitable bodies).
How it works

Simple, clear and on time.

1

Share your documents

Send PAN, bank statements and income details on WhatsApp. We reply with a checklist.

2

We check AIS and 26AS

Every income the department already knows about is matched, so there are no notices later.

3

You approve the draft

Tax payable or refund, both regimes compared, explained in plain words.

4

Filed and e-verified

You get the acknowledgement and computation on your phone, ready for loans and visas.

Keep these ready

Documents usually needed

For everyone

  • PAN and Aadhaar (linked)
  • Bank statements for the full year
  • Form 16 or salary slips
  • Interest certificates and Form 26AS / AIS
  • Last year’s return, if filed elsewhere

If applicable

  • Sales and purchase summary or Tally data
  • Capital gains statement from your broker
  • Property sale or purchase deed
  • 80C, 80D and NPS proofs (old regime)
  • Home-loan interest certificate
Avoid notices

Common ITR mistakes we fix

Most income tax notices come from small, avoidable errors.

  • Interest from savings and FDs left outIt is already in your AIS — leaving it out invites a mismatch notice.
  • Share or mutual fund sales not reportedEven small trades must be shown as capital gains.
  • Wrong regime selectedBusiness owners can switch from the new regime only in limited cases, so the first choice matters.
  • Refund stuckUsually because the bank account is not pre-validated or the return is not e-verified within 30 days.
  • Cash deposits not explainedLarge deposits need matching income in the return.
FAQ

ITR filing — common questions

Which tax regime is better for me — old or new?

It depends on your deductions. The new regime has lower rates and no tax up to ₹12 lakh of taxable income; the old regime suits people with large deductions such as home-loan interest, 80C and HRA. Try our free calculator, and we compare both on your real figures before filing.

Is income up to ₹12 lakh really tax-free?

Under the new regime, yes — the Section 87A rebate brings tax to zero up to ₹12 lakh of taxable income, and salaried people also get a ₹75,000 standard deduction. The rebate does not cover income taxed at special rates, such as capital gains on shares.

Can I file ITR without Form 16?

Yes. We use your salary slips, bank statements, Form 26AS and AIS to work out the correct income and tax.

I missed the due date. Can I still file?

Yes. A belated return can be filed till 31 December of the assessment year, with a late fee of up to ₹5,000 (₹1,000 if total income is below ₹5 lakh) plus interest on unpaid tax. After that, an updated return (ITR-U) may still be possible.

When will I get my refund?

After the return is e-verified, most refunds are processed within a few weeks. Your bank account must be pre-validated on the portal. We track the refund till it reaches your bank.

Do I need to visit your office?
